I'm Linda, a mother of two little girls and the mind (and hands) behind La Biscoteca. Don't let my official title of "mother of two little tremors" fool you, behind my apron hides a creative cookie artist!

During those long days of lockdown, between drawings, board games and taking care of a sourdough starter, I discovered an unexpected passion: decorating cookies with royal icing! And so the idea of ​​transforming my kitchen into a studio for personalized sweet creations was born.
